OFFER MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

We will facilitate all meetings between you and the candidates on the shortlist including the communication of any feedback along with rejecting all unsuccessful candidates in a timely and sensitive manner. We are also able to complete reference checks on all candidates who progress to final round, but can alternatively work closely with your human resources team and/or your selected background checking providers in this regard. We will also manage the offer process and any negotiations regarding remuneration packages to achieve a mutually agreeable outcome.
